In 2011 RS Construction were selected as the preferred contractor for extensive renovation, restoration and extension works undertaken by the Embassy of Poland at Ailesbury Road, Dublin 4. The project was a complete renovation of the existing two Victorian houses (a Protected Structure) including two new extensions.
Rafal’s team is excellent to work with. They always started and finished on time, left the place safe and clean and their attention to detail was exceptional. Skilled craftsmen were used in the restoration, decorative plasterwork, electrical, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and landscaping works. Rafal showed dedication and was always available to review the project. I am partcularly grateful for his innovative ideas which were implemented during the course of this work.
